Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. We cannot restock or resell food items once they have left our controlled environment.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that issues can occur during transit. You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived in a damaged condition (e.g., broken seal or crushed container).

  • You received the wrong item or a missing item from your order.

Requirement: To process a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged or incorrect shipment as proof.

3. Quality Concerns

If you feel the quality of the snack does not meet our premium standards, please reach out to us. We handle these cases individually to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to your bank account or card within 5–7 business days.

  • Store Credit: We can provide a coupon code for your next purchase for a faster resolution.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the order is picked up by our courier partner, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
