Shipping policy

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery pin code.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

  • It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier's website.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most pin codes across India.

  • If your location is considered remote by our courier partners, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has a broken seal, please take an unboxing video and photos immediately.

  • Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
